Important Information for Local delivery

Deliveroo require a password to deliver, please ensure you are available for the delivery and have the password to hand.

Deliveroo cannot deliver without this, they also cannot return to us. 

Customer is responsible for the order loss if unavailable for delivery.  Customer is also responsible for items left in a safe place at their request. 

Raw food is delivered frozen. If left unattended it may begin to defrost; raw food is safe to refreeze once defrosted.

Deliveroo are responsible for the order and despatching couriers,  we have no control over this.  Any queries regarding delivery times or orders must be directed to Deliveroo.  Order’s cannot be changed or cancelled once placed as the courier is automatically despatched by deliveroo and will collect within 30 minutes,  this does not leave any time for alterations. 

Substitutions & Returns

Orders are packed to order.  Raw food is collected straight from the freezer and may be refrozen if allowed to defrost.
If an item is out of stock, we may substitute with the same protein and same value without prior notice.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Treats may occasionally break during transit; this does not affect the quality of the product,  we do not offer refunds for broken treats, your statutory rights are not affected.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed and sealed.  Once they have left us they are the responsibility of Deliveroo and any queries must be directed to them.
