We deliver nationwide using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of completed payment.
Once your order has been collected, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Frozen (Raw) Food cannot be despatched via Royal Mail, any raw food placed on your order will be removed and refunded prior to delivery.

Delivery is calculated by weight at checkout.
Parcels under 2kg: £4.99
Parcels over 2kg: £7.99
Delivery savings apply on orders £50+.
Parcels over 11kg will be sent via courier — pricing will be shown at checkout.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed using eco-friendly packaging.
Our packing peanuts are pet safe and biodegradable — simply place them under running water and they will dissolve.
Returns & Substitutions
Orders are packed to order an quality checked.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we may substitute with a product of the same protein and value.
Treats may occasionally break during transit; this does not affect the quality of the product, we do not offer refunds for broken treats, Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
