
We offer Free Delivery within our local area (within 5 miles of NG20 8AQ). If you can’t get to us we’ll come to you.
Our minimum order amount to qualify is £15 and this can be spread across our entire product range including Raw Food.
How to Order: Simply Check the schedule below to see if we deliver to you, place your order online and choose local delivery at checkout.

Delivery slots are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Delivery option will not show if our slots are filled.
To be able to offer this Free delivery service with a low Minimum order we deliver on Wednesday’s only. Once you have placed your order we will book your delivery slot and send you an email to confirm.
Delivery Zones
We deliver to the following areas only:
Shirebrook, Langwith, Bolsover, Pleasley, New Houghton, Glapwell, Bramley Vale, Doe Lea, Teversal, Warsop, Meden Vale, Spion Kop, Mansfield Woodhouse, Forest Town, Clipstone, Ladybrook, Skegby, Ravensdale & any Mansfield postcode which is within a 5 mile radius of NG20 8AQ.

RETURNS:
Orders are picked and packed to order. We quality check every item, due to this we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances
*Please check before ordering using the delivery zones above that we deliver to your area. If you are outside the zones we will remove any raw and email an invoice for postage to send via Royal Mail.
* Ideally someone must be available to take delivery, We can leave in a safe place if we are told where however you must take full responsibility for the condition of all items if left in a safe place, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds etc for products left in your safe place under any circumstances.
* Raw Food will always be delivered Frozen, Raw dog food is safe to refreeze when it is up to 30% defrosted. We will always deliver before this time, if raw food is allowed to defrost after delivery either by the customer or by being left in the safe place this is the customers responsibility.
* Due to the above we would prefer not to leave Raw in a safe place, If ordering raw please try and be available for delivery.
* We aim to make deliveries between 1-3pm (if this changes for any reason we will advise via phone call)
* If no safe place is specified and no one is available for delivery we will attempt to leave with a neighbour or find a safe place, if these are unavailable we will return the items to store where you are free to collect within 7 days, we cannot store and redeliver on the following weeks delivery date and we are unable to offer refunds for items that are not collected.
* We are unable to deliver on any other day than the day on your booking email. We can send all items excluding Raw via Royal Mail if the delivery day doesn’t suit.
* We continually monitor our stock levels however due to the natural nature of our products there will be occasions when we pack orders and find that we are out of stock of a product, this may be due to breakages or, more often our 4 legged visitors helping themselves to a treat. In this instance we will substitute any out of stock products for a product of the same value, this will always be of the same protein source that you have on your order. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to contact you to discuss any subs. Please be aware of this when ordering.
We are a small, family run business and do not have contracts with large delivery companies, we will be delivering your order ourselves and to ensure that our customers are happy and we are able to continue to offer this service we must be strict with the above, please ensure you are happy with the Terms & Conditions above prior to order. If you prefer to visit us in store we are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 10.30am – 4pm or order online for delivery via Royal Mail (Excluding Raw Food).
