The Groom Room at NDC is based within our shop.
We offer a Luxury Spa Treatment, Full Grooms, Nail Clipping and much more.
Took my dog Zeus for a groom/pamper. First time at the natural dog co, Zeus quickly decided upon arrival that he wasnt very interested lol, Kerisha was very patient with him and done everything she could to keep him calm.. He had a great wash,, refused the blow dry 🤣🤣. Will definitely take him back, they really care about the dogs feelings. Thank you for your patience with my mardy ass bully 🤣🤣
The team look after my dog like she was there own, Koko really enjoyed her groom. She came back smelling really fresh and looked all fluffy and clean. Great advice was given for a puppy with some coat issues. Koko is a very anxious rescue dog and she felt at home straight away. Thank-you so much for being patient with her!

Of groomers. Due to my health not being great and struggling to bathe him myself. I wanted someone to love him and look after him as much as I do. He isn’t a bit bath time boy. They reassured me and reassured Rocco, he’s never been a nasty dog, he’s just anxious from his previous owners. I highly recommend this groomers! He’s left the store happier than ever!

Fantastic experience for my anxious puppy. She smells great and the cut is just perfect. I will definitely be bringing her regularly as this is the only place she has really settled and come home happy! I also think it’s great that I can pick up some natural dog treats and Durham raw food whilst I’m there.
Another amazing groom, my dog is nervous and doesn’t enjoy grooming. Kerisha is a kind, caring groomer and takes extra time to keep my dog calm and relaxed. The holding pen is so much better than cages, it’s roomy and my dog doesn’t feel enclosed or locked away. We’ve tried lots of groomers who just don’t hit the spot but we are staying with Kerisha for good. I also love the shop, the range of Natural Treats & supplements they sell is amazing plus they stock bags of Nova rabbit ears & chicken feet and Durham Animal Feeds raw food too which my dog eats every day. I don’t need to go anywhere else now.
Fish cubes are amazing for using in kongs for extra nourishment. We buy all our treats from here and the service is amazing and fast delivery

The kindness and professionalism shown to my greyhound during the teeth cleaning process cannot be faulted. There was an immediate difference to his teeth and I understand that the process will continue to work for a few more days on the more stubborn plaque.

This was the first Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning that Milo has had. At 4 years old I should really have tried this when he was younger as he's very anxious when it comes to teeth cleaning. The team explained the procedure and said if he got stressed they would stop. Unfortunately he did and they were only able to carry out part of the procedure. They kindly offered to try again the next day. Milo was less anxious this time and they managed to carry out more of the procedure. I would highly recommend The Groom Room as they are very caring with your pet and explain everything you need to know. Thank You.

Accidentally stumbled across this store via social media and so glad I did. Owning a dog with lots of different allergies makes it really hard to find treats that don’t cause flares of redness and itchiness. However, I ordered a box full of treats for him that were all listed with ingredients and he has loved every single one and no flare ups! He’s a strong chewer so they don’t last as long as I hoped but he enjoys himself and the minute he sees the box, he sits down and gives me a paw cause he knows it’s his box. Can’t wait to order again soon.

Absolutely fab little shop! We saw Poppy’s was opening a shop in a Facebook group and wanted to pop in for some time. The natural treats are amazing the dogs love them and we will definitely be regulars! Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly too! It has been an outstanding 10/10 from our two dogs who have absolutely enjoyed every single rabbits and buffalo ear, trachea, fish skin twists and more! Thank you!
A wonderful selection for dogs of all sizes. My little elderly pug struggles sometimes with treats but she adores some of the smaller bites. In fact, even the cat got in on the action!
