Ingredients: 100% Beef (80% Meat, 10% Bone, 10% Offal. 80/10/10)
Southcliffe believe in quality ingredients and only use 100% UK reared meat. Their food is grain, gluten & additive free. They use the finest cuts of meat and are DEFRA approved. They do not use fancy packaging and prefer to concentrate on offering the finest quality raw at pocket friendly prices. They have extensive knowledge of farming and can trace every single ingredient in each packet right back to it's origin.
454g chub. Processed through a 10mm mincer for a chunkier consistency. Raw food can be introduced from 4 weeks old (weening) we recommend our 150g packs for puppies.

Feeding & Product Information
Loose Treat Pricing - You may notice our prices fluctuate. We buy in bulk and separate down for your convenience. The price we pay varies with each delivery we receive. We review our cost price for each delivery and change our prices to pass on the best prices to you🐾

Recommendations are a guideline only. Always supervise your pets whilst they are enjoying our products.
We advise to introduce natural products & raw food slowly to avoid upset tummies. Always ensure access to plenty of fresh, clean drinking water.
Natural Treats: The whole treat can be consumed however we recommend you remove small or broken pieces to prevent choking hazards.
Raw Food: We recommend using a fork to check for large bone pieces which can occasionally be present and removing them especially for small dogs/cats. Puppies can be weened using raw food however we recommend our Small dog or Puppy food, our 454g chubs or Free Flow can be used if you are extra careful to remove bone chunks.
Please Note: Wild sourced products can contain shot, remove these before feeding.
Storage & Shipping
Natural Treats: These have a shelf life of 12 months from purchase. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dark place to ensure they stay at their optimum quality.
Packaged: BBE & storage instructions are shown on packaging
Raw products: Defrost in the fridge or at room temperature, store in the fridge and feed within 24 hours. Raw food can be defrosted, portioned and refrozen straight away safely. Do not refreeze after 24 hours from defrost. Products can be fed frozen. Dispose of unused food & uneaten treats within 24 hours.
Dry Food & Supplements: BBE date displayed on packaging. Our powder supplements are in eco friendly packaging. The tubes used are much larger than required to ensure that there is as little product waste as possible when opening and using. After transport allow the contents to settle and gently tap the side before opening the lid which will have some air compression when first opened.
Stock:
We keep stock levels low and receive twice weekly deliveries to ensure that the products you receive are of the freshest quality however due to the natural nature of these products we recommend you check for deterioration before use.
Shipping:
Local Customers: We offer Free Click & Collect in store and local delivery same day via Deliveroo. All products can be collected or ordered via Deliveroo including frozen.
National: We ship our products via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 48 working hours of cleared payment. A tracking email will be sent. Once despatched please contact Royal Mail for any updates. We do not ship internationally at present.
Important: All items excluding Frozen products can be shipped. Frozen items are clearly marked and unfortunately we will have to remove and refund any frozen items added to delivery orders.
To help care for our environment and reduce single use packaging all treats are loose in the box with water soluble, eco friendly packing peanuts, simply place in a container or the sink and run under cold water, these are perfectly safe to touch our treats too.
*Due to their natural nature treats can break during transport, this will not affect the quality of the product. We pack deliveries to have as little movement as possible. We do not offer refunds/replacements for items damaged during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
