Our root chews are 100% natural and suitable for dogs of all sizes.  They are hand crafted from tuber root and are full of nutrients.  These unique, eco sustainable chew toys are gently hand harvested, air dried, cleaned and cut to size.

Roots are long lasting and suitable for all dogs including puppies,  they help to satisfy a dogs natural urge to chew,  they shouldn’t splinter and are low in fat with no artificial additives or preservatives.

Tip:  Try rubbing wet foods into the root to keep your dog interested. Cottage Cheese, Yoghurt, Wet dog food, Pate and Baby food are just a few suggestions.

Feeding Guidelines:

Recommended age 12 Weeks +

Recommendation is a guideline only. Always supervise your dogs whilst they are enjoying our treats. We advise to introduce natural treats slowly to avoid upset tummies. Always ensure access to plenty of fresh, clean drinking water.

Storage:  Store in a sealed container away from light, heat and moisture. Natural Treats have a shelf life of 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.  Due to the natural nature of this product this may vary, we recommend you check the product for deterioration before feeding if the product has been stored since purchase. The whole treat can be consumed however we recommend you to remove small or broken pieces to prevent choking hazards.

To help care for our environment and reduce single use packaging all treats are loose in the box with water soluble, eco friendly packing peanuts, simply place in a container or the sink and run under cold water, these are perfectly safe to touch our treats too. Due to their composition treats can break during transport, this will not affect the quality of the product.  We pack deliveries to have as little movement as possible.

* As these are a hand cut, natural treat they vary in size and shape and no two roots of the same size will look the same.  Whilst these are thoroughly cleaned they are from the earth so occasionally may contain traces of soil,  this is completely harmless.   These are splinter proof however chunks may break off during use,  Small pieces are easily digestible,  Discard any larger pieces.
