We offer our treatments in a secure, quiet, 1:1 environment. We have a purpose-built holding pen which is used for one dog at a time only (unless from the same family), we take pride in making every groom a calm, positive experience.
We only use quality, organic products which are handmade in the UK by a selected few small businesses. They are 100% Natural, Cruelty Free and suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

We carry out an assessment at drop off to discuss any requirements and provide a full post groom break down when you collect.

The Full Pamper

Full De-Shed or Clip treatment (according to coat type)

Perfect for dogs who need a deep clean. Ideal for between-groom freshen ups.

Puppy Pamper

A fun, playful desensitisation session for pups up to 6 months. Essential to reduce fear and anxiety in dogs who will need life-long grooming. Regular sessions are recommended for maximum benefits.

This package does not include a full clip or de-shed. This is a gentle introduction to grooming which is essential for comfortable, life-long grooming. Your dog’s comfort is always our priority — during these desensitisation sessions if your dog needs time to build up to not being afraid of our powerful drying equipment they will be wet on collection. We refuse to force a puppy to do anything uncomfortable as this can cause fear and anxiety during grooming for life which is almost impossible to reverse.

Luxury Spa Services

Add to any Full Pamper Package to take your groom to the next level.

Treat your pooch to the ultimate pamper with our Luxury Spa Treatment package. Add a Brightening Facial or a Deep Cleansing Mud Bath Massage to any Full Groom — or why not add both for the ultimate in pooch pampering.

We start by applying Peanut & Pickle brightening facial and leave it to work its magic whilst we move on to a 15 minute massage with our Luxury Mud Bath, infused with powerful exfoliants, Chamomile, Mango Butter and Conditioner. We work it deep into your dog’s skin to exfoliate, moisturise and loosen dead fur resulting in a super deep de-shed.

Our products are super gentle and suitable for even the most sensitive skin, providing benefits such as deep cleaning, rejuvenating skin, detangling knotty muzzles and nourishing with nutrients like Pro Vitamin B5 and Glycerin.

These are an add-on service only and must be added to your Full Groom. We cannot carry out this service as a stand-alone service.

Suitable for Dogs 6 Months +

De-matt Shave Treatment

An extreme treatment only used when a coat’s condition is too severe to carry out any other treatment, which can be painful and distressing for the dog.

Service includes a full clip as close to the skin as necessary, carried out as slowly as possible with plenty of care and affection. This is followed by a gentle bath with sensitive shampoo & conditioner then a gentle blow dry.

If your dog’s coat is overly matted the safest and kindest way to treat this is to clip it all off and start again. We will clip as close to the skin as needed but will not clip any further than necessary.

Important: Time taken will vary depending on dog size and severity of matting. Additional time over the standard groom will be charged at £10 per 15 minutes (or part of). If this treatment needs to be carried out over 2 sessions we will advise and the 2nd session will be booked at the same price structure.

We know there are many reasons why dogs become matted and we offer no judgement — your dog being pain free and happy is our only concern.

Add-On Services

Add-ons can be added at the time of booking. Some can also be booked as a standalone treatment.

Please note: anal glands are expressed externally only. If internal treatment is required we will refer you to a Vet. We are unable to empty glands that are excessively full or infected.

Additional Information

We are only able to groom dogs over 20kg if they have been regularly groomed since puppyhood and are comfortable in a salon environment. As we work 1:1, this is essential for the safety of your dog, ourselves and our equipment — they don’t need to have been groomed by us previously.

We are unable to carry out full grooms or Wash & Go treatments on any UK-restricted breed. Minor treatments (nail trims, anal glands, ear & eye cleansing) can be carried out, but the owner must remain in the salon as required by our insurance. For all other breeds, owners are not permitted in the salon during treatments as required by our insurance.

All grooms are carried out to breed standard. Additional fees may apply if your dog arrives larger than the size booked, extra time is required due to coat condition, or for late collection — full details in our Terms & Conditions.
